ScopeQuote is a research tool used strictly to help homeowners make the best decisions regarding their repairs. It helps you organize repair quotes, damage photos, and insurance notes — it does not replace licensed professionals. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. 1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. 2. The service. ScopeQuote is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We do not perform inspections, write insurance policies, adjust claims, practice law, or render engineering judgments. AI-generated outputs are suggestions to help you ask better questions — not professional advice. 3. Your account. You are responsible for the activity on your account, the information you upload, and your interactions with contractors, insurers, and other third parties. 4. Acceptable use. Don't upload content you don't have rights to. Don't try to reverse-engineer the service, harvest other users' data, run automated bots, or use ScopeQuote to harass anyone. 5. Ads. ScopeQuote is free and supported by ads. By using the app you accept that you may see promotional content alongside your work. 6. Termination. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. 7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ScopeQuote and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
